We work in small teams. So you’ll be working closely with clients and Partners of the firm from day one. You will be part of a group that views you as a full-on professional, not just as an employee. Our open and relatively informal office of about 50 consultants, from widely varied educational and professional backgrounds, offers ample room for individual initiatives. We aim to have you take on very responsible roles right from the outset.

For example:

• A 24-year-old consultant showing the client just how much less profitable his core business is than he had imagined

• A 32-year-old consultant helping a client organisation implement a comprehensive change programme

• A 28-year-old consultant demonstrating precisely why acquisition is the only financially viable route to expansion in Germany.

The Benelux office is active across all sectors and functional areas covered by OC&C worldwide. We work seamlessly with our offices across the globe, in mixed teams or by exchanging people, constantly exchanging ideas and experience. And we consciously look to maximise our consultants’ exposure to the widest possible range of experiences throughout the entire OC&C global operation. So expect to find yourself working across sectors, clients, types of project and countries.

The projects we work on vary greatly in duration from as little as one or two weeks to several months. In Benelux, we have a particularly strong presence in retail, transport and private equity. Our projects are mainly strategy-oriented, although in some cases we also help implement strategies we helped develop. We work out of premium office locations in Rotterdam and Brussels, but aim to spend much of our time at our clients.
