Digital portfolios of traditional German media companies

What are the challenges resulting from the ongoing shift in media consumption towards digital channels and how do traditional German media companies deal with them? This study provides an overview of the range of strategies.

OC&C has investigated the online activities of traditional publishers – and, for the first time, also of the TV groups P7S1 and RTL. The analysis covers German investments in digital brands and activities which are not directly related to existing traditional brands and activities.
