Joern Is Managing Partner of OC&C's Middle East offices. Over the past few years he has specialized in developing strategies for major business transformation, and supporting top management during large scale reorganizations. The common theme and focus throughout his work has been “companies in transition”.

He has advised both corporate and private equity clients in a broad range of industries covering industrial products and services, oil & gas, real estate, travel among others. In addition Joern has advised several multinational companies on Middle East market entry – and establishing a regional presence. He is the co-author of the book “Building and Managing Successful Businesses in the Middle East”.
