Gérard has joined OC&C in 2007. He has spent more than 20 years in management consulting, investment banking, e-business services and corporate M&A. He has a great deal of international experience in industry & services, his primary area of focus, and external development. He has an extensive consulting experience in marketing strategy, including market sizing, customer segmentation and loyalty management as well as in commercial efficiency. He has worked on more than 500 M&A projects, with an aggregate value of transactions closed higher than €10bn. His experience goes from acquisition strategy and target screening to full due diligence and post-merger integration. Gérard Despinoy has been a lecturer in Strategic and Financial Valuation for more than 15 years at ESSEC.
