Marc is a Partner in OC&C’s Middle East Offices. He specializes on top level strategy planning, business planning, organizational (re)-structurings and performance / change management for a broad range of clients with focus on the Public Sector, the Oil & Gas Industry, State Owned Investment Companies as well as Private Equity Funds. In addition Marc helps international clients to establish and grow their Middle East Operations. Marc has lived in Germany, France, USA and in Japan where he built up two private companies prior to joining consulting. He is the co-author of the book “Building and Managing Successful Businesses in the Middle East”
