Michael Lisowski

Michael focuses on helping media and entertainment clients address critical competitive questions in rapidly changing markets.  He frequently works with clients to develop ‘end game’ strategies and pragmatic business and operational plans in light of those strategies. He also supports private equity clients to identify and review potential investments, develop appropriate buy-in plans, and position portfolio companies for maximum growth. He has a wide range of project experience which spans the media landscape and includes B2B media (magazines, exhibitions, conferences, lead generation and data products), academic publishing, rights exploitation (sports, music, books, film, DVD, etc.), radio, newspapers and online classifieds.
