University Graduates
Based on your application letter and background information we may invite you to our office in Rotterdam or Brussels for a two to three-stage interview process (in Dutch). Candidates are selected on the basis of a numerical reasoning test, case interviews and (in the second round) interviews with several (associate) partners.
MBAs/Experienced hires
We also welcome the opportunity to discuss career opportunities with MBA graduates from top business schools in Europe and the U.S., as well as experienced people with high performing track records from the world of business. The starting level for both MBA graduates and experienced hires is determined on an individual basis, taking the experience and skills you have to offer into account.
Undergraduate Internships
For students in the final stages of their studies who are seriously considering strategy consultancy, we offer an internship (typically 8-12 weeks). You will be staffed on at least one of our client projects. Thus you get the get first-hand experience and take responsibility for delivering results in a real-life client situation. After an interview selection, we jointly determine the internship period, based on your study planning and available projects. Due to the confidentiality of our client work, we do not facilitate projects in cooperation with your university, nor allow you to make your internship the topic of a thesis.
