In ‘Enter the Dragons’ Den’ we take our first look at the Top 50 FMCG companies in China (following on from our review of the Top 50 Global FMCG companies in ‘New Frontiers’). We explore the winners and losers across the different FMCG sectors – examining where the Global FMCG Giants are winning, and where they are being outfought by the Local Dragons. Critically we distil the lessons from the winning players to create a clear view of drivers of success in China, both for the local and international companies already present in China, and indeed those still looking to enter.
