The transformation of traditional media brands into the web

In FIT FOR THE NET?, OC&C answer the question of how successful media companies are transferring their traditional print and TV brands into the web. Depending on brand, market segment and company the success is quite different.

This study follows upon our research “Digital portfolios of traditional German media companies”, which was published in early 2008 and analysed the portfolio strategies of different media companies aiming at establishing their e-commerce business beyond their traditional brands.
