Serge Blanchard
Serge joined OC&C in 2010. He started his career with the Boston Consulting Group in Paris which he joined in 1978, and where he got promoted to Vice President in 1985. He then left in 1991 to found a service company that he headed for 10 years. In 2002, he joined Capgemini as an Associate Director, and was in charge of global coordination for key accounts in Retail, Services and Aerospace. Following 3 years with Estin & Co, from 2007 to 2010, Serge decided to join OC&C Strategy Consultants.
His main focus at OC&C Strategy Consultants is the crafting and implementation of growth strategies.
In the field of growth, Serge has authored two publications. The first one, “When Human Resources build growth / Quand les RH construisent la croissance”, was published in 2005 at Editions d'Organisation. His second book,“Our future relies on them /Notre avenir dépend d'eux” was published in 2010 at Editions Bourin and explains how France's large groups should be considered as the nation's most powerful growth levers.
